We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who can help us craft beautiful, trustworthy, and intuitive experiences across our entire product suite. You will be responsible for leading all design efforts at Lava. You'll design new product experiences from scratch, refine and optimize our existing products based on user behavior and feedback, and generate ideas for what we should build next. Your job will include talking to users, analyzing feedback, brainstorming new things to work on, and creating detailed specifications using Figma, Notion, and Framer. You'll work directly with our product, engineering, and growth teams to implement your designs, measure their impact, and iterate based on what we learn.
This role can be full-time or part-time.
